Use Banquish with VS Code

Banquish is a free Mac browser built on Panels: live parts of real pages. GitHub Copilot’s agent in VS Code opens pages in Banquish on your Mac and puts the parts that answer you side by side on a Workspace, live. Banquish has no AI of its own.

Add Banquish to VS Code

Get Banquish and open it once. Then run this in Terminal: VS Code’s code command adds Banquish to your profile. It runs Banquish’s server with npx, so it needs Node.js:

code --add-mcp '{"name":"banquish","type":"stdio","command":"npx","args":["-y","banquish-mcp"]}'

Ask

In Copilot Chat, in agent mode:

Use Banquish to show me what’s happening right now, live: the top stories on Hacker News, the Bitcoin price chart and a weather radar map. Pick pages that work without signing in.
